2010 Fundraiser Recap
Hello to all!
We have just about finalized everything from the fundraiser and after expenses, a total of $38,500 was raised this year! Of that total, $7,500 was from the Brisket Sale. Special thanks to Charlie & Sue Upshaw for their generous donation of the briskets and to all of you who purchased them. We are so grateful for the generosity of our friends and family and appreciate everyone’s hard work to make this year’s event such a success!
This was our first attempt at a Golf Tournament and we realize that the facility was a little small for us. Despite that, many of you have said "it was a great time." We welcome any suggestions on Golf Courses, day of week to play, etc. that you think would improve the event. Thanks for your donations, for playing golf, for attending the dinner/auction and especially for your continued love and support as we remember and honor Shannon.
We look forward to the many great youth mission projects that will take place over this next year thanks to all of you. Please check our web site for updates and what they are doing.
